We rely on and trust our Unit Manager (RN) to provide independent supervision of the delivery of care to residents in a nursing unit. Responsibilities include assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering nursing care, and supervising staff such as Licensed Practical Nurses and Care Specialists (CNAs). The role may also involve supervising other nurses, including RNs.
