Overview

FULL-TIME RN UNIT MANAGER / SOME ON-CALL RESPONSIBILITY - ROTATION

As a Unit Manager/Director - RN, you will support the Director of Nursing in providing high-quality care, achieving positive clinical outcomes, and ensuring patient/resident, family, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

1. Lead, guide, and direct the operations, coordination, and delivery of nursing and patient/resident care for your assigned unit.
2. Ensure care delivery aligns with Genesis HealthCare's mission, vision, values, policies, and complies with standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.
3. Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehabilitation therapists, and other professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
4. Manage human resources within your unit, including staffing, recruiting, orientation, performance assessment, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school, college, or university.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Salary Range

USD $75,000 - $83,500 per year.
