Guggenheimer Health & Rehab Center Lynchburg, VA is seeking a Unit Manager to oversee patient care and lead a dynamic nursing team in a full-time, Monday through Friday role with on-call responsibilities.

You will provide unit leadership, ensure high-quality care, and collaborate with staff to maintain a supportive, inclusive workplace while pursuing ongoing onboarding and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in Virginia.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Two (2) years’ experience of nursing supervisory experience.

LPN: $35.00 - $39.00 per hour

RN: $41.00 - $46.59 per hour
