Job summary

RegalCare at Greenfield is seeking an RN/LPN Unit Manager to join our team in Greenfield, MA. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with opportunities for part-time or per diem shifts. A sign-on bonus of 1500$ is available, with benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K.

Applicants must hold a MA RN or LPN license in good standing. COVID-19 vaccination evidence is required. We welcome new grads and provide a supportive environment for growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing.
• New RN/LPN grads welcome.
• Full time, part time and per diem openings on all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities (meals, turning, ambulation, hydration).
• Observe Residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Assist Residents with feeding and nutrition supplements.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport Residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of Residents and Facility data.

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

RegalCare at Greenfield is a short and long term care facility located in Greenfield, MA. We are currently seeking LPN /RN Charge Nurses to join our team!Full time, part time and per diem openings on all three shifts. Experience is not required and new RN/LPN grads are welcome!Candidates must possess a valid MA RN/LPN license in good standing.
