Job summary

RegalCare at Courtyard Medford is seeking RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our Medford, MA team on all three shifts, including a 11pm-7am schedule. New grads welcome; MA LPN license required. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available.

We offer competitive shift differentials and sign-on bonuses: $5,000 for full-time, $2,500 for part-time candidates. Join us in delivering compassionate, home-like care to residents while growing professionally.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid MA LPN license in good standing.
• New RN/LPN graduates welcome.
• Experience in long-term care not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including meals, turning, and nourishment.
• Help Residents with personal hygiene and feeding assistance.
• Observe Residents and report health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Document Resident food and fluid intake.
• Maintain resident bedrooms and living areas clean and safe.
• Transport Residents within the facility and aid nursing staff.
• Adhere to facility policies, professional standards, and confidentiality.

• Assist Residents with daily living activities, including, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• Help Residents with personal hygiene
• Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document Resident food and fluid intake
• Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Making the Resident’s beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport Residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state, and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

RegalCare at Courtyard is a short and long term care facility located in Medford, MA. We are currently seeking RN/LPN Charge Nurses to join our team!Full time, part time and per diem RN/LPN openings on all three shifts.
