The Springs is seeking a dedicated Unit Manager/Infection Control to oversee nursing care across all units at our North Little Rock, AR facility. You will supervise licensed nurses and nursing personnel to ensure care aligns with assessments and care plans, while upholding professional standards and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes infection prevention, resident safety, and staff collaboration, with required on-call rotation and a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN in Arkansas
• Management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with staff and residents
• Previous experience in infection control
• Certification in infection prevention is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care oversight for all residents across units.
• Supervise licensed nurses and nursing staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Manage units in alignment with facility philosophy and state regulations.
• Ensure health and safety for residents, staff, and visitors.
