Premier at The Springs in North Little Rock, AR is seeking an energetic LPN Manager/Infection Control to oversee nursing care across all units. You will supervise licensed nurses and nursing staff, ensuring care plans and assessments guide every resident's care, with strict adherence to safety and infection control standards.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our residents, staff, and visitors. On-call rotation is required.

**Qualification Requirements:**

• - Licensed as anLPN in the state of Arkansas
• - Management experience
• - Strong communication and relationship-building skills with staff and residents
• - Previous experience in infection control.
• - Certification in infection prevention is preferred.
