Responsibilities

• Directly supervise unit staff and evaluate performance as per policy.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and orienting staff.
• Communicate responsibilities, authorities and accountability to subordinates.
• Complete written evaluations on staff and review subordinate evaluations.
• Routinely review payroll records and overtime usage.
