Job summary

Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking an LPN Unit Manager/Floor Nurse for the night shift to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality resident care.

You will serve as charge nurse, supervise staff, monitor residents, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced setting. Full-time, Ohio license required; weekend rotation included.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Ohio
• 2+ years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• 1 year of nurse management experience
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
• Compassionate and dependable, with a commitment to excellent resident care

Responsibilities

Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN Unit Manager/Floor Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional resident care and supporting our nursing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
