We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Unit Manager** to work within one of our partnered long-term care facilities. This position plays a critical role in ensuring quality resident care and strong nursing leadership on the unit level.

Position Summary

The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing clinical operations on their assigned unit, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate daily nursing functions while maintaining excellent communication with staff, residents, and families.
