Job summary

Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) seeks a Director III - ADOA to lead the State Supported Living Center’s fiscal and support services division, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness and compliance with CMS ICF/IDD requirements. You will manage finances, assets, payroll, and strategic programs under the SSLC framework.

Responsibilities include policy implementation, contingency planning, and coordination with regional offices to support residents and staff, while advancing HHSC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; and at least four years of management experience.
• OR Master’s degree from an accredited college or university; and at least two years of management experience.
• Experience developing or overseeing a budget and identifying cost efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Directs the fiscal and support services division to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversees payroll, procurement, fixed assets, and budget reporting.
• Represents the SSLC in liaising with HHSC, IT, HR, and other agency entities.
