The Unit Director-Outside Units position earns competitive pay of $ 18.14 /hourly. As a Unit Director-Outside Units, Assists Vice President of Operations in developing organizational goals, attaining and allocating resources, and establishing policies, rules and regulation. Your job is essential, and supervises volunteers, seasonal and part-time employees at all club sites as assigned. Develop, manage and maintain a strong relationship with school administration (Principals, teachers, PTOs) to ensure ongoing partnerships between Club and School. Additional responsibilities include implementing city wide special events, supervising, training and developing staff, marketing, general office administration duties, purchasing, Assist in preparing yearly budget, periodic reports, work programs, grants, and participant recruitment. Must have flexible hours to be able to work on weekends and afternoons as assigned. You are constantly on your toes and ready for any new and unexpected challenges that may arise. Boys and Girls Club needs someone like you with skills in public relations, and you finding genuine enjoyment in what you do!
