Job summary

Aramark is seeking an experienced Unit Controller to manage financial close, cash flow, AR/AP, fixed assets, and capital expenditures for the unit. You will lead budgeting and forecasting, analyze performance, and provide insights to on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive financial experience, preferably in AP/AR, payroll, and P&L management.
• Strong communication and deadline-driven in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow, cash and banking, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and capital expenditures.
• Manage the weekly and monthly accounting close process to ensure financial accuracy.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to support operational leadership.
• Lead the weekly financial roll-up process.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting with input from on-site management.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for clients as required.
• Participate in special projects, including contract negotiations and operational changes.
• Ensure all financial records and reports adhere to Aramark’s policies and regulations.
• Train and develop operations teams on financial acumen and policy adherence.
