Qualifications

• Relevant clinical work experience on the unit.

Responsibilities

• Advances clinical practice on the unit and integrates evidence into practice.
• Mentors and coaches other nurses to develop professionally.
• Develops unit-level evidenced-based protocols/procedures.
• Leads unit-level governance and participates in education activities.
• Models collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Delivers patient-centered care aligned with service standards and nursing values.
