Job summary

Currently we are looking to fill the vital role of Full Time Unit Clerk in the Emergency Department.

Responsible for providing clerical support for all employees within an emergency department. Coordinates communication between clinical providers, hospital staff and external facilities. Will conduct file organization tasks, patient registration and other duties as assigned. Must be able to work in a high stress, fast paced environment with a customer service mindset. 2 years of hospital/clerical experience preferred. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the medical field.
