Job summary

The Emergency Department at Main Campus of Children’s of Alabama seeks a part‑time clerical associate to support the nursing unit, coordinating calls and messages under the supervision of RNs and LPNs.

This role focuses on facilitating communication among patients, staff, and visitors during the 1500–2300 evening shift, with eight‑hour shifts and benefits eligibility. A high school diploma is required; one year of clerical experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1 year in staff level with specialization in Administrative or Clerical (nonessential).
