Job summary

Children's of Alabama seeks an Administrative Clerk to support a nursing unit. You will help coordinate communications among patients, families, staff and visitors on the Main Campus, Nature Hall BH ED.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of clerical experience. Evening shift 3pm–11pm, Monday through Friday, full-time. This position is located on the Main Campus.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of clerical/administrative experience.
• Able to work evenings 3p-11p, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between patients, team, staff, and visitors.
• Support nursing unit clerical tasks under RN supervision.
• Coordinate schedules and administrative tasks for the evening shift.
