Guthrie in Sayre, PA invites applications for a Unit Clerk/Care Partner – Prep/Recovery. This dual-role combines bedside patient care with unit coordination, under RN/LPN supervision, to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional patient flow.

The per diem position offers flexible scheduling; responsibilities include charting, vital signs, hygiene, ADLs, and effective communication across the care team. CPR may be required; training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• No prior healthcare experience required; relevant experience helpful.
• CPR certification is preferred or obtained per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities under RN/LPN supervision.
• Perform clerical tasks and coordinate unit communications.
• Maintain clean, safe patient rooms and document vital signs and ADLs.
