Job summary

The Guthrie Clinic in Towanda, PA is seeking a Unit Clerk/Care Partner for Acute Rehab to provide direct patient care and unit coordination. You will assist patients with daily care needs while serving as the communication hub for the nursing unit.

Working under an RN/LPN, you will perform clerical tasks, coordinate information, monitor patient safety, and support the healthcare team in a fast-paced inpatient setting. No prior experience required; CPR certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in healthcare, clerical, or administrative roles preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participates in delivery of patient care under RN/LPN direction.
• Lifts, positions, and assists with activities of daily living as applicable.
• Acts as communication hub for unit; manages clerical tasks and coordinates information.
• Transports patients and supplies; assists with specimen collection and basic care activities.
• Responds to call bells and supports patient safety and satisfaction.
