Job summary

Daviess Community Hospital is seeking staff for the Emergency Department to provide indirect patient care during the 12-hour night shift (6:00pm to 6:00am). The role focuses on meeting communication needs for patients, families, and staff, and ensuring directions from physicians and nurses are carried out accurately.

The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with hospital experience and completed medical terminology coursework, plus BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; one year acute care hospital experience preferred.
