Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company in Grenada, MS is seeking a dependable Assembler to perform unit assembly per drawings and quality procedures. You will move between workstations, perform casing/frame and A-Coil assembly, route wiring, and complete sub-assembly tasks with accuracy.

This role requires reading drawings, using pneumatic tools, lifting up to 50 lbs, and maintaining excellent attendance. A safety-first mindset and teamwork are essential as you help us deliver reliable thermal management

• Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs and safe material handling.
• Excellent attendance and positive attitude essential.
• Must use PPE as required and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Assemble Units per group leader instructions and drawings.
• Move between multiple work stations during production.
• Casing/Frame assembly and A-Coil assembly.
• Route wiring and perform sub-assembly mating.
• Record completed processes and report issues.

Position Description

Perform various tasks per group leader instruction to assemble Units in compliance to dimensional drawing, safety requirements and quality methods and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Requires reading of provided drawings.
• Utilizing various tools such as pneumatic impact, pliers, wrenches, etc.
• Move around to several work stations
• Casing/ Frame assembly
• A-Coil Assembly
• Routing wiring
• Sub-assembly mating
• Recognition and reporting of errant parts.
• Recording completed processes

Required Qualifications

• Must be flexible, acceptable to change, TEAM oriented and display initiative to learn.
• Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attendance and attitude is a must.
• Must use all assigned PPE as required
