Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus additional specialized training.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must read/write/speak sufficiently in English to perform responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Document daily chart notes and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing, and help with meals.
• Support participation in social, physical, creative, and spiritual activities.
