Meadows of Napa Valley in Napa, CA seeks a Unit Assistant in Skilled Nursing. Responsibilities include following ADL directives, charting resident conditions, assisting with bathing, meals, and activities, and ensuring safe, clean environments. CPR/First Aid certification is required; strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Read, understand and follow residents' ADL directives.
• Record and report resident conditions and vital signs as required.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dining and mobility activities.
• Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and equipment.
• Support participation in social, physical, and spiritual activities.
• Assist in admissions/discharges and respond to safety calls.

Responsabilités

• Read, understand, and follow the resident’s ADL directives.
• Make accurate chart notes daily and report changes to supervisor.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and personal care tasks.
• Assist in serving meals and leading activities.
• Check schedules and assist residents as needed.
• Record vital signs and transfer/ambulation assistance.
• Answer calls for help promptly and report hazards.
• Keep work areas neat and residents’ rooms in order.
