Job summary

MercyOne is seeking a Unit Assistant to support the Medical/Surgical team with safe, quality patient care and clerical duties in the patient care area. This role works under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and contributes to our mission of compassionate, person-centered care.

Part-time PRN position offering 24 hours per month, with Basic Life Support training and CNA certification preferred. High school diploma or GED required; no prior experience necessary.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required or preferred.
• Basic Life Support training completed or required.
