Job summary

Ferguson is seeking a Union Warehouse Associate in Wisconsin to join our team. The role operates a stand-up forklift, pulls and prepares outbound orders, and uses RF devices for sorting and scanning.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with opportunities to contribute to safe, efficient warehouse operations. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a reliable, team-focused work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident free.
