Job summary

Winebow is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in New Jersey. You will unload inbound containers, accurately receive and label products in our WMS using RF devices, and move items to inventory locations.

You will also assist with picking, staging, inventory counts, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months, strong communication skills, and availability for extended daily hours and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months of hire.
• Demonstrated effective communication skills.
• Must be able to work extended daily hours as business volume requires.
• Must be able to work all holiday hours as the posted schedule requires.

Responsibilities

• Unload pallet/floor loaded inbound containers using RF equipment.
• Receive/label product in WMS and move to inventory stock locations.
• Move product to staging lanes or conveyor induct stations safely.
• Read and apply picking labels for outbound orders.
• Count physical inventory and report discrepancies.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment and report hazards.
• Meet productivity and quality standards; perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
