We are currently seeking a Union Warehouse Associate to join our team!

The pay rate for this role is $18 hourly, and the schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
2. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
3. Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
4. Accurately and promptly receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming materials.
5. Maintain cleanliness of the workspace and participate in keeping the facility safe and accident-free.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
2. 0-5 years of warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management (preferred).
3. High attention to detail.
4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
5. Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic.
6. Self-motivated with quick learning ability of our systems.
7. Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
8. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
9. Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
