Job summary

A construction service company is seeking a reliable Traffic Control Driver in Fargo, ND. Responsibilities include transporting and setting up traffic control devices for roadway projects, maintaining a control yard, and ensuring all equipment is operational. Ideal candidates are self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in traffic control, equipment maintenance, or construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company truck and trailers to transport traffic control equipment.
• Set up, maintain, and remove temporary work zones.
• Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Maintain and organize the Fargo traffic control yard.
• Assemble and repair Type 1 flashers, replace batteries, and fill sandbags as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Work independently while communicating with supervisors.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately.
• Respond to on-call and weekend assignments.
