Job summary

ABM is seeking a skilled Test and Balance Technician to support testing, adjusting, and balancing operations at a semiconductor and chemical manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ. This role ensures air systems meet operational requirements and ABM safety standards.

You will work independently and with other technicians, troubleshoot system performance issues, and maintain balance during new installations, equipment modifications, and deinstallations in a highly regulated industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with testing, adjusting, balancing (TAB) processes.
• Strong safety mindset and compliance with ABM safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Job description

ABM is seeking a skilled Test and Balance Technician to support testing, adjusting, and balancing operations at a semiconductor and chemical manufacturing facility in Phoenix, AZ. This position is responsible for maintaining proper system and equipment balance during new installations, equipment modifications, and deinstallation of process equipment.

In this role, you will work independently and alongside other experienced technicians to ensure air systems meet operational requirements, customer expectations, and ABM safety standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot system performance issues in a highly regulated industrial environment.

Union Requirement: Candidates must be current members of Local Union 359 or be willing to join Local Union 359 upon hire.

The pay listed depends on experience: $24.63 - 52.40 hourly.
