Janesville Printing G & A is seeking a Press Operator to join our team in Janesville, WI. This is a full-time union position focused on Web offset printing, plate making, paper preparation, color setting, and ensuring product quality.

You will read print requests, operate safely, and support maintenance and waste control. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a good team player, and capable of leading a small crew when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with web offset printing and plate making preferred.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to read print instructions and follow requests.
• Willingness to perform maintenance and basic repairs.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and able to lead when required.

Responsabilités

• Operate Web offset press with safe and efficient practices.
• Prepare plates and paper, set colors and registrations.
• Monitor quality, read job tickets, and control waste.
• Assist with maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area.
