Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably with multi-union and multi-state payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, reconciliations, and compliance.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems (e.g., ADP or similar).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely union reports in accordance with CBAs.
• Reconcile union reports to payroll and investigate discrepancies.
• Support union audits, including documentation, responses, and issue resolution.
• Manage union employee setup, classifications, and rate maintenance.
• Maintain compliance with union requirements and payroll regulations.
• Partner with payroll, HR, and operations to ensure accurate labor reporting.
