SEIU-USWW in Anaheim is seeking a dedicated organizer to join the OC Janitorial Division. You will help organize workers, address workplace issues, and participate in contract negotiations and coordinated campaigns to advance workers’ rights across Orange County.
The role involves mobilization for events, one-on-one outreach, and developing member leaders while maintaining engaged communications with members and employers to ensure contract enforcement and workplace progress.

Working under the direction of the OC Janitorial Division Coordinator & Janitorial Division Director, this individual will be part of the OC Janitorial Division which represents janitorial members throughout Orange County, including contract enforcement and member engagement to make gains in the workplace and to address larger social/political issues in their communities.
Graduation from an accredited college or university in relevant field or equivalent experience in labor & community organizing that would provide for the following knowledge of, skills & abilities.
