Collins Aerospace is seeking a Mechanical Assembler for our onsite team in Burnsville, MN. You will perform routine assembly, inspect parts, and prepare for shipment, using basic hand tools and a variety of equipment.

This role emphasizes quality, safety, and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. The starting rate is $20.00 per hour, with RTX benefit programs and opportunities for training and advancement.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. Person status as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and repetitive assembly operations with high quality.
• Inspect parts and prepare for shipment.
• Use basic hand tools and set up/operate listed equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and comply with safety rules.
• Record test results and route products for rework as needed.
• Support audits and participate in continuous improvement activities.
