Job Summary

As an Engineer I, you will respond to a wide array of engineering needs and interact directly with guests. Your responsibilities will include performing preventive maintenance, responding to guest repair requests, and maintaining inventory. To ensure we are providing the best services to our guests, your duties will involve troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Core Work Activities
  • Follow all company and safety policies; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications; and store flammable materials properly.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Adhere to quality expectations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with others, support team goals, and respond appropriately to colleagues' concerns.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds; heavier tasks with assistance.
  • Navigate stairs, service ramps, and ladders.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Use computers to enter and locate work-related information.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a professional and pleasant personality.
  • Be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
