Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson - Union (CDL Required) to lead daily crew operations in the field. You will plan and assign work, conduct safety training, and ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA standards.

The role requires a CDL, strong communication and leadership skills, and prior Line Clearance experience. Pre-employment screening and union involvement are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL license.
• 1+ year of experience in the Line Clearance industry.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screen/background/MVR may be required.
• Must be willing to pay union dues.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for crew from orders.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crews on new units.
• Upholds safety culture and OSHA-compliant practices.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and scope with property owners.
• Obtains permissions from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains crew records, timesheets, and reports.
