Qualifications

The role involves smoothing, finishing, and shaping poured concrete surfaces; spreading concrete to specified depth; arranging and constructing concrete forms; loading, transporting, and unloading tools and equipment; ensuring safety compliance; assisting with carpentry tasks; and maintaining quality of work.

Employment & Compensation

Full‑time position, hourly wage of $30.00 per hour. Occasional extended hours and weekends may apply. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 60 miles a day, depending on project location. As part of the company policy, this position requires successful completion of pre‑employment screening, including but not limited to drug and background screening.
