Qualifications

• Experience maintaining commercial buildings, central utility plants, HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, or critical facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial building systems and mechanical equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and industrial mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to maintenance requests
