Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a licensed electrician to join a dedicated facilities team in a stable, unionized environment. You will perform essential maintenance, repairs, and new installations to support hospital operations and life-safety systems.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with rotating weekends every 4 weeks and holiday rotation. The team emphasizes safety, professional collaboration, and a strong commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the general operation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems. Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair and/or replace functional components of electrical and lighting systems including valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, and pipes.
• Review historical maintenance records to create inspection, testing and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct performance testing and scheduling maintenance.
• Provide efficient, timely, accurate, and courteous service to customers.
• Identify solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish tasks and solve routine problems.
• Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values.
