Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Counter Sales Representative.

**The pay rate for this role is $20 hourly and the schedule is Monday-Friday** **7am-4pm, Saturday 8am-12pm**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Operate cash registers and follows established cash handling procedures

+ Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

+ Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up

+ Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised

+ Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas

+ Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills

+ Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers’ expectations

+ May be responsible for providing driver duties and responsibilities

**Qualifications:**

+ 0-5 years sales and warehouse experience preferred

+ Basic knowledge of products is preferred

+ Must be at least 18 years old.

+ Valid state issued license is required.

+ Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise

+ General math skills to allow for cash accounting

+ An ability to learn is a must have!

+ Excellent decision making and communication skills
