Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a CDL driver to deliver materials to customers and support warehouse operations. The role requires valid CDL A or B, DOT medical card, and a strong safety mindset.

The position offers a standard schedule with potential overtime and a focus on reliable, customer-first service. Responsibilities include loading/unloading with pallet jack, performing pre/post-trip checks, and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL B or A with 1-3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Air brake endorsement required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers using pallet jack and two-wheel dolly; ensure delivery with ticket.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the truck; report issues to supervisor.
• Follow and implement all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, verifying, stocking incoming material.
• Overtime may be required.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Position Details

Schedule | Monday - Friday 6:30am – 3:30pm plus overtime as needed.

Union Pay Rate | $24.75/hour.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CDL B or A 1-3 years of commercial driving experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Meet and maintain qualifications for CDL requirements
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads Air brake endorsement required

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes utilizing pallet jack and two-wheel dolly to load and unload and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying, staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
