Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a warehouse/driving associate in Texas to deliver materials to customers, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain delivery tickets. You will support the warehouse team with order preparation, loading, and inventory tasks while adhering to safety policies.

The role requires a valid CDL/driver’s license, DOT medical card, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Good communication with customers and basic tech skills (iPads) are important.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s license.
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations.
• Must maintain a valid DOT Medical card for driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Background in warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to customers, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring delivery tickets accompany materials.
• Pick up customer returns and validate product matches for credits.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, report issues to supervisor.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist warehouse team with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, receiving, staging and stocking materials.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE guidelines, including harness use up to 400 lbs.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and some overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a Valid Drivers license
• Follow all DOT standards and regulations
• Must currently have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card in order to meet driver requirements.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs
• A background in warehouse operations and logistics, including shipping, receiving and delivery is a plus
• Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
• Able to navigate and operate basic technology, including iPads

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to the customer, which includes assistance with loading and unloading and ensuring delivery of ticket with material
• Pick up customer returns, validating product match for credit requests
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor
• Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures
• Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment as needed, as well as receiving, verifying staging and stocking incoming material
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range

• $15.61 - $23.41 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
