Job summary

Brighten Builders LLC is seeking an experienced Foreman for commercial construction in the Kansas City area. The role leads field crews, reads plans, and coordinates daily work with the general contractor and Brighten Builders team.

Candidates must be current union members in good standing with strong experience in metal studs, drywall, framing, and interior construction. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for site access and scheduling.

Brighten Builders is looking for an experienced commercial construction Foreman to lead field crews on Kansas City area job sites.

Candidates must be current union members in good standing and have experience with metal studs, drywall, framing, rough carpentry, blocking, doors/frames/hardware, ACT, and general interior construction work.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage field crews
• Read plans, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate daily work with the GC, superintendent, and Brighten Builders team
• Track labor, materials, progress, and jobsite issuesMaintain quality, safety, and jobsite organization
