Qualifications

• Previous experience in interior commercial systems and exterior metal stud framing and sheathing installations is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman.
• OSHA 30 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for crew safety, performance, productivity and work quality for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to coordinate project startup, execution and close out.
• Use look-ahead schedules to optimize scheduling of material, manpower and crew mix.
• Review drawings and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Direct and assign crew field activities to maximize productivity while maintaining safety and quality.
