Qualifications

• Universal CFC certification required; licenses as applicable by jurisdiction.
• Proven supervision of shift operations and training of teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow codes and safety directives for operations.
• Manage shift operations and assign work orders.
• Review tenant service summaries to identify recurring issues.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs for machinery.
• Inspect systems and ensure operation within normal parameters.
• Maintain inventory and order materials as needed.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Perform repairs and maintain maintenance records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate support.
• Share advanced methods to improve function and outcomes.
• Coach others and lead multi-discipline teams.
