Job Description

Reporting to the Laundry Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

1. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest and employee uniforms and clothing, including operating laundry and dry-cleaning equipment, pressing, folding, and delivering items meeting our 5 diamond standards.
2. Handle guest requests for laundry/dry cleaning, minor repairs, and pressing, and maintain records of laundered items.
3. Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.
4. Track with computer system all uniforms issued to employees.
5. Keep the uniform area clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to work with chemicals safely.

• Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
• May be required to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
