Job Description

Reporting to the Laundry Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of uniforms and clothing, operating laundry and dry-cleaning equipment, pressing, folding, and delivering items to meet 5 diamond standards.
• Handling guest requests for laundry/dry cleaning, minor repairs, and pressing, and maintaining records of laundered items.
• Providing professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Tracking uniforms using the computer system.
• Keeping the uniform area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions and manage time effectively.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work with chemicals safely.
• Adherence to grooming standards as per the resort guidelines.
• Physical ability to stand, walk throughout shifts, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required.
