Job summary

City of Charlotte is seeking an Unified Endpoint Engineer specializing in MECM/SCCM, Intune, and related endpoint technologies to support and enhance the City’s enterprise UEM environment.

You will manage Windows endpoint provisioning, OS deployments, patching, and application deployment across a large enterprise, while advancing modern management capabilities and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with MECM/SCCM and enterprise endpoint management concepts.
• Hands-on MECM/SCCM in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 deployment, provisioning, patching, and software deployment.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and remediation.
• Active Directory and GPOs administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance enterprise endpoint management solutions using MECM/SCCM, Intune, and related technologies.
• Engineer Windows 11 provisioning, OS deployment, feature upgrades, and device lifecycle processes.
• Package, test, deploy, and troubleshoot enterprise applications via MECM/SCCM and Intune.
• Monitor patching, compliance, and deployment status; investigate issues and take corrective actions.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for endpoint administration and reporting.
