Position Overview
Peraton is seeking a highly skilled and mission-focused Unified Communications (UC) Engineer to support secure enterprise communications systems for a federal government customer. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in secure voice, video teleconferencing (VTC), VoSIP, H.323/SIP architectures, and classified communications environments supporting national security missions.
This role is responsible for the architecture, engineering, implementation, operations, and sustainment of secure and non-secure unified communications systems across geographically dispersed locations. The candidate will support executive leadership communications, SCIF deployments, continuity of operations (COOP) requirements, and Intelligence Community interoperability initiatives.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cybersecurity, TEMPEST, TAPS, facilities, and Intelligence Community working groups to ensure communications systems meet all operational, technical, and security compliance requirements.

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
