Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a senior UC&C operations professional to provide hands-on support and maintenance for global Unified Communications and Collaboration services. You will troubleshoot, resolve tickets, and coordinate scheduled or live VTC sessions, using CUCM, CMS, TMS, and related Cisco tools.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, IAT Level II, CCNA, and 10+ years of experience (bachelor's degree can substitute 5 years).

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• IAT Level II certification required (Security+ or equivalent).
• Ten or more years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree can substitute five years.
• CCNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support and maintenance for global Unified Communications and Collaboration services including VTC, VoIP, IM/Presence, A/V streaming and PBX functions.
• Support customers through tiered troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and scheduled/active VTC sessions.
• Use CUCM, CUBE/VCS, MCU, CMS, TMS, Vbrick Rev and IMC to diagnose issues, perform upgrades, manage configurations and maintain service availability.
• Assist in developing training materials and SOPs; ensure patching and security compliance; support engineering teams with projects and tasks.

Description of Task to be Performed:

Support customers throughtiered troubleshooting, ticket resolution, and scheduled or active VTC sessions. Utilize platforms such as Cisco UnifiedCommunications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Border Controllers (CUBE/VCS), Cisco Unified Communications Manager(MCU), Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Telepresence Management Suite (TMS), Vbrick Rev, and Integrated ManagementController (IMC) to diagnose issues, perform upgrades, manage configurations, and maintain service availability. Assistwith developing training materials and SOPs, ensure patching and security compliance, and support engineering teamswith projects and specialized tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph, or TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a polygraph prior to starting.
• IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
• Ten or more years of relevant experience, with a bachelor’s degree in an applicable field accepted in place of five yearsof experience.
• CCNA certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Network+ certification.
• ITIL Foundations or Agile Foundations certification.

$88,660.84 - $196,000.10 a year

Please note: The listed salary range reflects our market-based compensation structure. Final compensation will depend on business needs, local market conditions, internal equity, and the selected candidate’s skills, education, and experience.
