Job summary

GEOGRAPHIC SOLUTIONS INC seeks a Business Analyst to define system scopes from user needs and industry requirements. You will work with software engineers, PMs and QA to ensure delivery of client-specific outcomes, owning projects and coordinating with internal teams.

You will translate business requirements into clear technical specs, facilitate stakeholder communications, and drive testing and validation of interfaces within the SDLC framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in Unemployment Insurance is required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to own projects and manage multiple deadlines across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication to coordinate with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SDLC and translating business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user needs and document requirements for integrations.
• Coordinate with clients, leaders, architects, and development teams to align scope and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into concise system requirements for engineers.
• Validate interfaces against design specifications and assist with testing.
